Cancellation and Refund Policy for 30 min Psychic Medium Reading

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an appointment, clients should contact us directly via email or chat with us on our website. Upon cancellation, clients will receive confirmation of their request.

Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made within the 48-hour notice period, clients will receive a full refund. However, if you do not cancel before 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the session. This fee is a reflection of the time and resources allocated for the session. Wallis has the only right to be flexible here.

Rescheduling Policy:

Notification Period: Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule their appointment.

Rescheduling Procedure: Clients should contact us directly to request a rescheduled appointment via our email or chat in our website. We will make every effort to accommodate their request based on Wallis availability.

Rescheduling Limitations: Failure to provide the required 48-hour notice for rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we offer one time exemption for rescheduling with a fee of $20, subject to review and approval based on the reason provided. If failure to attend the session after the rescheduled appointment client session will be forfeited and not refunded.
